During every legislative session OCEAN sponsors
"Applie Pie Day"
at the Oregon Legislature!
This is the day when homeschoolers converge on the Oregon capitol and present
apple pies to our elected officials, reminding them of our hard work and determination in educating our children at home.
It's a wonderful day for our teens to volunteer as a page in either the house or the senate. This gives the members
a chance to get to know homeschoolers.
